Lebron James partying till early morning.

Post#1 » by redbottoms24 » Sun Dec 6, 2015 9:44 pm

I thought Lebron was more mature this year, and he wanted his team to follow his lead and learn how to become a champion. Instead, he is missing games due to "rest", especially against his old team, and then he goes to party immediately after.

I've been a LBJ fan, but this year, his acting and the way his whole demeanour has been completely horrible. It's honestly worse than Kobe. This guy has definitely changed, maybe it's the air in Cleveland. He's obviously being treated like a god and everyone is there just grovelling at his feet. Pat Riley made sure that didn't happen in Miami.

LeBron James didn't play in the Heat's 99-84 win over the Cavaliers Saturday night. He was ruled out for "rest". LeBron's rest didn't last long, though.

The NBA superstar partied at Rockwell --- one of Miami's newer nightclubs --- well into the morning, multiple people at the club told me.

LeBron was chatting it up with many club-goers near him throughout the night, including one person who spoke with me.

Blatt held him out of the game, LeBron wanted to play. The Cavs don't play again until Tuesday. Where else is he supposed to go to relax after work when the team gets out of the arena at like 11 pm? The library is closed, man.

Eh give the guy a break. It's not like he's lost consecutive Finals or appeared in five consecutive.

Plus this is Stephen Curry's league now. Everyone lines up behind him.

Rest doesn't mean he is going to sleep because he needs some shut eye. Rest means that he doesn't want to put any more stress on his body by playing another 40 minutes of basketball.

Having fun is resting believe it or not, and I don't think going to a club is going to put much wear and tear on his knees which is the point of sitting out on games.

He's so immature, he went out and partied on a Saturday when he does not have work the next day. He's about as immature as every working American. Hell, I stayed up until 3 AM yesterday, I need to take a good look in the mirror and rebalance my life.

you realize that "rest" doesn't also mean going to the club, drinking alcohol, listening to loud music, not sleeping till 4 - 5 am, and waking up the next day with a hangover.

so, every American should call in a sick day for no reason and go to party right after? This is the equivalent of that.

LBJ didn't call in a sick day, he was still there, he just did not play. I've never heard of a sick day where you show up to work.

He was not played due to a coaches decision, not due to Lebron James was too lazy to play.

Also, Americans do use sick days and then stay up all night. I'm assuming you are in school still if you are unaware of this.

showing up to work = performing at work. the stat line said Lebron James - "Rest" ..meaning he didn't play, meaning he didn't perform, meaning he took a day off work.

and you are delusional to think Blatt told Lebron, oh ya take the night off, just the same way he told LBJ to sit down midway through the 2nd quarter a few weeks ago.

Players don't tell coaches to sit down, I think you're the delusional one. You do realize coaches do decide when to rest players, and could you explain to me why would Blatt want to play LBJ? Do you not understand the strategy behind resting players? James had played large minutes in a back to back, why on earth would David Blatt want to play his superstar who is over the age of 30 again, when they have championship aspirations.

As for your crap about performing at work, do you actually work? I mean, this is basic stuff. If you're an accountant who works in an cubicle, and your boss says you have to go to a conference convention for a few days in another state to shake peoples hands and drink wine, you are still working even if you're not "performing at work". I mean seriously, please tell me you're a teenager.

dude your analogy is so off that i'm not even gonna bother arguing with you. And your name calling leads me to believe that you're the teenager here with nothing much to contribute.

This is fairly rare behaviour from Lebron. It's not like he's Iverson and partying all the time. Not a big deal.
