Sorry don't buy the Clippers.

Yeah, I'll believe the Clippers make it out of the 2nd round when I see it happen. No Curry gives them a chance, but I still think the Warriors likely beat them in 6 or 7 games. No way do the Warriors beat the Spurs without Curry. Even with Curry, that series is pretty evenly matched. Without him, it just isn't happening.

Clips in 6.

Curry may not come back in 2 weeks, and even if he did, it could take a game or two (or a lot more, who knows) to get back to normal level. Knee injuries are just bad, man.

I remember all the positive reports about Kyrie last year when trying to work back from that tendinitis... usually they're extremely optimistic and desperate to be back, but the mental hurdle in and of itself can be problematic.

Rockets would have won last game if Curry wouldnt have gotten injured again because that seemed to mess with their game plan and focused and probably thought they caught a break and then got caught sleeping.. I feel like the Rockets could bounce back and tie this series if Curry is out and anything can happen on Game 7.. but they would have to play for 48 minutes not how many they feel like

Curry may be back by game 4 2nd round.

I give the Warriors a 50 50 chance against Clippers. Warriors still go small to take Jordan off floor and Green has done well against Griffin. My biggest worry is CP3 going off.

GS it's a matter of styles.
OK would be the hardest match up.

They would contend as a top 4 team.

Curry is the player the Spurs have so much trouble with. He is what puts them over the top imo, without him I don't see them beating my mighty Spurs. or even OKC. But I'm biased  I think they can beat the Clips without him but it would be a tough series for GS

You're crazy.

They're still a better team without Curry... other than CP3 the warriors are deeper and the thing that took them all the way last season is still there... they play team ball on both ends of the floor

Would lose to the Spurs or Cavs but can probably beat everyone else with their depth

I'll just throw it out there. Without Steph, they'd lose in five to the clippers who unlike the rockets are actually capable of executing some semblance of a defensive gameplan. Look at how many open looks Rockets players gave to Speights in the 4th quarter of game 3 even after he torched them all game. Their defense wasnt getting stretched, they just struggle to maintain focus. I have faith in the Warrior's defense but just don't see a Curry-less Warrior team torching the Clips from outside the arc. Could turn to a futile chuck-fest infact.

Clippers, Spurs and Cavs. From this point on they are facing teams who prefer to guard Steph with single man coverage, If Steph comes back and is hobbled, their job remains easier. For me it's productive steph or bust.

If LAC can prepare for GS without Curry then they could probably beat them in 5 or 6. However, if Curry is able to come back part way through the series, and they aren't down 3-0 they will still have a good chance. Who knows how long both Curry will be out and how long it will take LAC (or Portland) to advance, that series could go to 7 games.

I don't think the length of the Houston-GS series will have any effect on what happens in the next round. Unless LAC wins in 5 and GS gets pushed to 7 games (which wont happen). Two weeks from today is Monday, May 9th, easily enough time for at least 2 or 3 games in the 2nd round to be played.

As a Dubs fan I would agree with this.

They will be in a 6 or 7 game series with the Clippers even without him. GSW without Curry is still better than Portland who is having a close series with Clippers without any HCA. I think they still win that series in 7 games without him. I just think Kerr will outclass doc so bad even without Curry.

Warriors would lose in 5 against the spurs without curry, they would win 1 of the first two home games and that's it
