Curry is still good, but he sorely misses Bogut's uncalled moving screens.
That said, it was hilariously satisfying this season to watch Bogut setting the same moving screens in DAL and getting called for moving screens every time, for all the twenty some games he got to play, anyway.

Curry is around the same level he was in '15 as a player. He's in a slump.
He's not the same player he was in '16 because that was an insane year where he managed to sustain seemingly unsustainable shooting performances throughout the regular season. Just a crazy peak year.
