The Atlantic conference also has NY Knicks and Brooklyn Nets. Collectively, I say the Northwest division is the strongest imo.

Not to mention that the Atlantic Division is still part of the Leastern Conference. :wizard:

The Northwest doesn't have a bad team whereas the Atlantic has the Knicks and Nets. On the other hand, pretty sure the top 3 teams in the Atlantic can beat the top 3 teams in the Northwest.

I dunnoh, the Northwest only has one team in the playoffs now though. It depends on whether you prefer the top teams or a more rounded division. in my opinion the Sixers are roughly equal to the Jazz right now, while a healthy Celtics/Raptors are better than any Northwest team.

I would say the Atlantic is the most top heavy division in the NBA with the Raptors,Sixers, and Celtics.

Northwest is easily the best rn, for awhile it was the Southwest before that

Healthy southwest is the best.

1. Best team in the regular season 1 of the 2 contenders.
2. Spurs and pelicans both 47-48 wins missing Kawhi and DeMarcus.
3. Memphis healthy not tanking will easily push 35-40 wins. Better than both Knicks and Brooklyn.

Northwest is most balanced.

Atlantic can make a case next year if philly gets lebron. They will have 1-2 true contenders.

The whole 3 teams in the 2nd round argument isn't very good. Does anyone think the blazers would have lost to the bucks even as bad as they were? Beating the heat/bucks/wizards isnt very impressive to me.

Yet, the sixers had a winning record against the top 9 Western teams. Funny that.
