I use bet365. Easy. Deposits are instant, and I usually get my money within a week if withdrawn. Since banking institutions can't be used for gambling here in Canada, I use the intermediary InstaDebit(through bet365) to withdraw/deposit. They take a small fee($2), but you gotta do what you gotta do.
