Pelinka trying to get fired or is Jeanie tired of not being the one running her basketball team?

I really doubt Lebron would be trade it, everyone who with common knowledge of the lakers know, we don't do this unless they really ask to be traded.

Poll is missing the most obvious “he will leave as a free agent’ like every other time he has switched teams.

At this stage of his career I don't think he offers much value other than putting butts in seats.

Gotta sell high before he does have an injury

Lakers are not a contender so from a gm standpoint it makes alot of since.

From Brons standpoint, you gotta be realistic, it does not seem like he will get ring number 5 in LA. Make one last run for a chip

Lebron and his family like to live in L.A, he seems really comfortable here, I'm not a big Lebron guy, but I just don't see it happening.

That’s the smartest thing the lakers could do tbh. Get rid of bron, and let Darvon ham actually “coach” the team instead of playing BRON BALL

LeBron needs the drama. It's sooooo boring being in 9th place. He can see the writing on the wall in New York. He will get there and win a chip and take all the credit.

Seriously though, he's retiring in a Lakers uniform.

You not hearing me. Pelinka needs to grow a set of balls. You really can't let a 40 year old with no real ties to La hold you hostage. This can set you back years after they do fall off or leave, with them still owing picks to New Orleans still. Its not like Lakers have any young player to develop after the Lebron and Ad era. It worked out, you got one chip. You gotta pull a Danny Ainge. He had the balls to trade Pierce and KG and it clearly benefited them.

Bron has been great but father time is undefeated
Ad is injury prone. Two stars and you still are under 500

Sell high is the wise thing to do imo but what do I know

I hear you, I understand your point, but the Lakers have always done it this way.

Maybe try to find out how many things we was wrong about before you put stock into this.

I’m too lazy to go look but how did Lakers revenue numbers stack up in between Kobe and Lebron? Was there much of a drop off? Dies Buss family own any local tv distribution?

If their profit add is mostly playoff revenue then maybe. Seems extremely unlikely though.

I was just waiting for Knicks game to start lol

But I’m not implying we will get him

Sure we would be linked prob. And I wouldn’t be opposed. But as a fan of basketball , I wanna see Lebron go for ring number 5 and personally I would love to see him in Dallas with Luka and Kyrie

As far as I know they do not own any local tv distribution.

Does he even have any trade value? He could bolt right at the end of the season to whichever team drafts Bronny

Lebron ain’t going anywhere. There’s not really another situation that appealing to him unless he were to take a massive pay-cut for the sake of winning (highly unlikely). He’ll likely just continue to stat-pad on bad teams for the next 3-4 years and then retire a Laker tbh.

Bronny doesn’t even look like an NBA player right now tbh. He’s currently projected as a Mid-late 2nd Rounder at the moment. If he does in fact enter the draft this year though, I think it’s more likely that Klutch tells teams not to draft him so that he falls right into the Lakers laps with their 2nd Round pick.

Lebron is a cash cow for the Lakers. The odds of them trading him are negative 500.
