Well there were questions about how long the Wolves could keep this roster together, long before this uncertainty with ownership situation arose.

Unless they at least made the WCF, Wolves may have been forced to move KAT because of their huge payroll in a mid-sized market.

Minnesota is ranked #13 in the NBA according to this list.

But now, a first-round series vs. the Suns may not be a good matchup for the Wolves. If the Suns can get hot shooting, that's going to be trouble for Gobert, who's effectiveness in the playoffs for Utah was diminished when matched against wings who were hitting corner 3s.

Wolves haven't won a playoff series in 20 years?

If they again fail to make it out of the first round, it will be hard to justify all the big contracts, regardless of how the ownership situation resolves itself.

Best article I've seen to date that delves into all the nitty gritty of this mess. Way too long to post but very worth reading.

Couple notes

-Sounds like it was GLENs idea to do this wacky deal in stages and not Lore/Arod. But it was the only way Glen would agree to a deal
-Glen Taylor is screwing over the minority shareholders
-Glen Taylor has a lengthy history of being a very shady business (every billionaire is guilty of this but Glen seems especially shady)
-Based on everything known to date, it sounds like Glen will lose this battle.

Surprised that they'd agreed to arbitration instead of lawsuits.
