A healthy Sengun/Steven Adams center rotation, plus improving Jalen Green, Amen Thompson, Jabari Smith, Cam Whitmore, Tari Eason with FVV and Brooks, plus another first rounder (from Brooklyn). I expect Houston will be the best rebounding team in the league next year.

San Antonio, still a year early, but they will compete for the play-in.

Which five west teams will miss the playoffs then?

Maybe the older aged out teams like GSW, Lakers, Suns, Clips.
But that would probably be at least another 2 seasons before the full decline.

GSW may be the 1st in this group to age out soon, within a couple of seasons. If not, sooner than later.

Warriors are looking to lower their tax bill (which is unsustainable). So first Chris Paul doesn't get his deal guaranteed. Next Looney may be waived (will save 5 million by doing so). Last is letting Klay walk or bringing him back on a severe paycut. From 43 million to say 15. It would bring their salaries to 154 million and remove them from the tax.

I don't see many teams falling out in the West. GSW or LAL or maybe both, but I doubt both. So in the West I just voted for MEM.

I don't follow the East enough to speculate.

Memphis, Toronto and Houston or SAS for me. I like that young trio for Toronto if they stay healthier and Atlanta may need to take a step back...though I could see them being a lot better going back to the heliocentric model with Trae.

Memphis only missed due to injuries, and I go back & forth on the young Texas teams. Wemby is so ridiculous that I doubt he misses the playoffs twice in a row, but Houston clearly has much more of a squad ATM.

Spurs are about to get much better.

Grizz will get their guys back.

Third team I picked was Hornets. They were sneakily quite a bit better to end the season and Miller is a stud.

Houston is another one that should improve but they need to leapfrog someone and I don't see it.
