I’m hoping Heat-Celtics, but in ECF. So, hope they win this game. Heat-Celtics in 4 out of the last 6 ECFs!

I am going with the Heat just because, it's close, feels like one of those last-possession wins types of games before it even starts.

Heat vs Celtics for rematch reasons and 76ers vs Villanova Knicks make for great stories.

The offense of the Heat is putrid but they could easily catch fire, hit 800 3s, and win .

I wonder about how many minutes Herro and Rozier get together because on those minutes one is gonna have to guard Maxey.

The heat are the kind of team I could see winning by 20 at the 76ers or losing both play in games. Little idea of what to expect.

Atlanta/Chicago making the playoffs would be bad for television.

I wouldn’t rule out Atlanta or Chicago winning a one game playoff.

I have Sixers here

Well, may the better team win, Sixers fans.

We've been so inconsistent this season I wouldn't be surprised at the result of this game either way.

Sixers just beat Miami in Miami. Embiid with a few more games under his belt and a few days off.

What is the Sixers record with Embiid this season?

Ask yourself this: do you trust Embiid to outplay Bam in the playoffs when games matter? I don’t and it’ll take that to beat the Heat.

So I see the Heat winning the game if playoff defense is allowed.

Bam can’t guard a healthy embiid. He can barely guard a wounded embiid.

Do you not understand heat have to devise defensive schemes to protect bam against embiid like zones

It’s because bam is 6 foot 9 vs 7 foot embiid. Who probably over weighs bam by 50 plus pounds.

Bam for sure has a chance a one leg embiid or an embiid with one broken thumb and seeing out of one eye. I give bam that.

Heat run last year was somewhat lightning in a bottle no ?

Their problem was defense last year during regular season...easier to turn on then a lacking offense. I just don't know if they have the pieces to score with Philly

They lost the play in game last year....amazingly..before getting hot

Pass. How about you guys put Boston through a 7 game opening round...or just bounce them right away and open the whole conference up?

Playoffs are a different game where ticky tack fouls won’t be there for Embiid to rely on.

Like Jokic said a few nights ago: everybody is hurt.

It’s part of the game, but some guys fight through it (Jokic dealing with back and wrist issues all season long) while other guys like Embiid load manage (play every possible game against Detroit/Washington/Portland but take off games against top teams on the road).

So forgive me, but the injury excuse year in, year out is pathetic.

Like I said, I’m sticking with Heat winning while Embiid goes 7-19 from the field and all the usuals come out with excuses. It’s all good, I’ve learned to accept it after 4 years in a row. 8-)

Dude ur anti embiid bias is consistent. I will give u that

Embiid is always hurt in the playoffs . That’s on him. But they are legit injuries. He’s only had one playoff where where was actually healthy and that took a 4 plus month Covid layoff to actually be healthy (he had broken his finger that needed to be surgery repaired in early 2020 as well)

The other playoffs embiid has ended up missing playoff games. How many playoff games has jokic missed? None.
