Pacers defense has improved. Siakam helps by being able to guard 4's which frees Nesmith to guard 3's.

Who knows maybe the Pacers could win but there's no fear of them. Sixers and Heat both want to win their game tomorrow because then their path to the ECF could be Knicks then Pacers. That's a lot better than losing and having to play another play in game just to face Boston in the first round.

Only way bucks lose if Giannis doesn’t play. I don’t take the 1-4 regular season record against Indy to seriously.

Dame won against prime CP3 and prime Harden. Not sure an injured Haliburton is that great

He's mostly healed and has a full week of rest. I doubt he's any more injured than everyone is this time of year.

He is. Divorce, leaving kids & family behind in Portland screwed him up a bit. That Indiana ASG his fam was there.

At the moment he's playing through an adductor injury, that kept him out multiple games in April.

This series is screaming ether a upset or at the very least, this will quite a fight for the Bucks. The Pacers have one of the best offences in the NBA and Bucks have under-performed quite significantly this season. Lillard defence has been a big concern and I see the Pacers taking full advantage of that. Also with Giannis expected to miss the 1st game, that one game already that the Pacers are going Favorited in and that assuming Giannis doesn't miss additional games after that. Then Rick Carlisle is simply a much better coach than Doc Rivers. Also Myles Turner can easily hold against Brook Lopez and quite is simply the better player at this point. Assuming Giannis isn't going out for much longer,I do still favour the Buck to get past the Pacers, however I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the Pacers steal the series and advance instead.

I'm considering the #6 seed winning an upset.

Look at the votes and the fact Giannis is hurt and Indy spanking us in the regular season even before getting Siakam. Bucks are big time underdogs this series, Bucks just won 2 more regular season games who cares. The Bucks would have had a hard time with Indy even if they were healthy.

Dame probably like "man, Ireally have to do this AGAIN!" Feel bad for the guy, and for Giannis. Assuming he misses the first 2 gmes, at home, I think the series is over in 5 or 6.

Rebounding is too important in the playoffs, and without him they are going to need to come together as a team on the boards. That or they need to shoot the lights out, because if all things are equal in that regard, you don't want to be the team going against Pascal and Haliburton grabbing a defensive board and then just pushing it.

Bucks defense will collapse in that scenario, and we all know how mediocre that defense already is, even with Giannis.

Without Giannis the size is going to play a huge role, and Pacers have more energetic defenders. I like Nembhart and love Nesmith. Putting Nesmith on Dame seems about right, and I don't think Kris has that wiggle to his game to really punish Nembhart on defense anymore.

Punch MIL in the mouth game 1, and I think they shatter and give up.

yea 3 seed vs 6 seed looks are lot bigger difference in quality than there is in reality. 2 wins over the course of the season is nothing. All those regular season matchups were from a long time ago tho, so idk if i put much stock in those. Siakam helps the pacers but he's still a big puzzle piece that the team is trying to work in.

If Giannis was playing i would take the Bucks because i still favour the team with the best player but without him, there is no reason for teh Bucks to be favoured.

On realgm maybe but in Vegas the odds are about even. There is no big underdog in this series.
