Don't be silly, Murray's going to drop 40 on one leg

I don't believe in the Timberwolves at all. They'll have a tougher time scoring against real teams. But they'll get through Denver if Denver isn't healthy.

The T-Wolves are more talented than the Nuggets, but the Sons had zero shot.

To me he is the third best player in the NBA - Luka and Embiid are comfortably ahead of him.

Yeah, I think so too. It just depends on how bad Murray calf injury is. It could take a few days to heal or 6 weeks depending on how bad it is.

Are we going to see Scott Foster tonight or they are saving him for potential game 6?

Can’t wait for the Nuggets vs Wolves next round. Now, that’s a toss up series and not one-sided like this one.

this is why a reliable man who can bring 15-20 points from the bench is always needed

if it's true we are made for 3 years of 4 of Jokic peak... what a waste

at this point I hope they leave him out to recover and try to win 1 out of 3 of the next games with the Lakers

That choke against the Spurs is looming large for the Nuggets. To get to the Finals they have to go through the Wolves and the Thunder. I don't like their odds to beat both.

Game 5 - DEN loss jamal injury
Game 6 - DEN loss LA at home their role players will play well
Game 7 - DEN loss Lebron big game

Blame the damn nugs for being too relaxed after game 3 esp Jokic, no championship mentality. Man just goes to tell you how hard it is to repeat much less 3-peat. Much praise for Jordan (who did it 2x!!!), Shaq and Kobe. Lebron was only able to do a back to back repeat. Jordan’s 2 3-peats getting underrated because it was a long time ago and we remember Kobe and Lebron’s recent runs more

LOL 1 freaking loss and these wild takes already. Denver remains the most poised among the remaining playoff hopefuls. They are still the top favorites and CAN beat the Lakers even without Murray (if indeed not playing). Nuggets favored by 7 points for Monday's tiff too. Relax, Denver will not need your Game 6 and 7 scenarios because it the series will end very soon.

The Wolves are still very underrated - they are a much better team than last year. They are healthy and motivated, and Ant-Man is ridiculous. They are hungry and are playing with a chip on their shoulder. I think they are ready to take the next step.

Compare them to the Nuggets, who were complacent all season. They played lazy and careless basketball in many regular-season games. It cost them the #1 seed, which would've secured them matchups against injured/tired teams in the first two rounds. Instead, they'll face a fresh and confident Wolves team in Round 2.

These bad habits carried over to the postseason. You're the defending champ on a run to become back-to-back champions -- if that doesn't motivate you, what can? The injuries and the lack of a reliable bench production are not helping them either.

I had the Wolves in six before the playoffs started, and it's likely to happen after the most recent news about Murray's calf injury.

He, he funny thing is people blaming Nuggets for losing to Spurs like that changed anything. To win championship you must go through the best teams. If they can beat Minnesota and OKC they will beat them, if not what is the difference? Like Clippers and Dallas are some scrubs. There is no easy opponent after 1st round in the West.
