Maxey didn't win this game on his own, Thibs took out Robinson too late, Maxey switched on him easily for the 4 point play, the deep 3. Embiid sucked, OG on Embiid and Maxey doesn't get easy 3s late. Last game showed that. Thibs was too slow to make that change. Why did he only put OG on Maxey in the overtime. Plus Knicks ft choked the game too, Hart don't miss it, 8 point lead 28 seconds and Maxey 7 points is useless.

Knicks and Thibs couldn't handle the pressure to finish the game as favourites. That's why they are not really 2 seed in the East....

Embiid needs to rest. I have no idea what Nurse is doing. Dude is barely effective injured let alone completely gassed on one leg.

Embiid has what? A couple more years left in this league? He’s going to sacrifice what little is left of his body for a chance at the conference finals.

Yeah I couldn't believe he didn't react after a great game defensively was being wasted the last 30 seconds. It didn't take a genius to see Robinson wasn't needed Vs Embiid who could barely move, not give the ball away. A hot Maxey vs slow Robinson was unnecessary.

Kentucky guards seem to do really well in the nba offensively. It’s a list of who’s who in the nba. Two nights in a row. Jamal Murray and now Tyrese maxey.

On top of those huge 3s, he came up with the ball after Embiid coughed it up and made the right play to find Oubre. Overtime doesn't happen without that quick decision. He was just cold blooded tonight.

If he just became their late game plan, it's at least worrying.

Knicks went away from what worked in Game 4. The Maxey/Embiid PnR gets Maxey a mismatch almost everytime, and Maxey with Mitch guarding him is so much trouble for us.

I really don't understand after Game 4, why Thibs didn't play Precious at all, I thought he did very well on Maxey in Game 4, about as well as you can do for a big man, he blocked him multiple times, and guarded him on the switch very well.

it’ll suck hard for sure but when you consider all the injuries we have there’s already a built in excuse
