Maxey shot IMPOSSIBLE shots to tie this game. In my eyes, it wasn't Knicks choking. It was Maxey taking the game by the throat and taking it.

If Thibs wasn't asleep, he would have fouled Maxey when he was red hot. Then he made another mistake by not calling TO after Maxey made the shot resulting in a predictable Brunson chuck.

It must seem like a different era in basketball back then when it was automatic that teams would foul near the end of regulation time to shut out the game.

What gives? Is there some sort of gentleman's rule where you have to give the opponent a chance? I've always questioned this.

This happened in the Pacers vs Bucks game too, although Pacers won it back in OT.

Watching this series it really looks like his playing trough something. Just getting this feeling that Bid is going to completly break down on any given play - awkward landings settling for jumpers and looking like he's on his last legs for majority of the game. He never looked healthy to me - even in his 50 point outing.

Huge props to Maxey, he extended Sixers season today by himself.

Probably the worst Knicks playoff loss since Reggie in 95.

I don’t expect to Embiid to be that careless with the ball on Thursday. He was literally trying to lose that game in the 4th quarter.

I honestly don’t feel confident about game 6. A blowout loss is easier to shake off. Losing a game like this stings really bad and now Philly feels like they have a legit chance. I guess we’ll see how tough this Knicks team really is.
