Man i know you should never ever duck in sports but Lakers should have really thrown that game vs the Pelicans. Lebron has always been strategic throughout his career and he should’ve been picking apart the rookie Thunder by now instead of facing the defending champs too early. But I guess pride and overconfidence got in the way and they’re now down 0-3. Hindsight is 20/20 but im sure theyre thinking what could’ve been it should have been a Lakers-Nuggets WCF again this year

You seem to have posted in the wrong spot, there’s a different thread that’s about the Lakers.

Or maybe Lebron didn’t have the confidence to beat both the Kings and Warriors and he couldn’t bear being out completely in the playoffs.

If Chet bulks up a little bit so he can rebound easier, yes. If not they will still have a rebounding/lack of big man mass issue, but insane offense... idk, OKC fans seem pretty hell bent on not accepting him back.

I mean can you blame them for not wanting him back? He left them high and dry in his prime to join their biggest rival. Looked his OKC teammates in the eyes and said he was staying, then proceeded to ghost them and sign with the Warriors. Not to mention he talked chit about them for like the next 2 years non stop. I wouldn’t want him back either and they don’t need him tbh.

I`ve seen people forgive before, in the end winning championships is the main goal.. we`ll see, I am not going to rule it out.

Guarenteed Presti won't let hurt feelings get in the way if he thinks the right basketball move including cost is to bring Durant back to OKC. Suns won't let this happen but swapping out Giddey for Durant along with the other OKC starters would yield an AMAZING team.

If Durant joined the thunder and won a title it wouldn’t feel near as satisfying as winning without him. When he won with golden state I said that not all titles are equal. I’d feel the same way if won one here. People act like he’s the only option to help okc. There are others and I prefer them.

feel the same. Can't deny that from a basketball perspective, Durant would be a great fit and the superstar that would fit the best in OKC (with Lebron probably but he won't join us). I would still take our chances to win a championship without him even if he increases our odds.

All right Herb Jones. Need you to get active in this game on offense as well. Let's make this a series.
