I think that you are correct.

Game 3 may be a must win for the Pels.

Game 3 is generally must win for any team down 0-2

Ha! True.

Doh!

Next game OKC in a close one to go up 3-0 IMO. I don’t see New Orleans perimeter defenders getting beat up that bad in B2B games. OKC by 7.

Wish we had known that in the 2nd quarter when they sat him and Pelicans made a run

Mark mentioned this in post game. Another momentum changer because of the league replay center mistake. Thankfully it didn't hurt OKC this time in the outcome.

Wish Zion was playing. OKC players might get their hopes up too much and be too cocky when reality is they’re playing a non-playoff team in the Zion-less Pelicans. Clippers/Mavs will pick them apart next round.

Really expected more from the Pels today. Credit to OKC for playing so well and making life hard for McCollum and Ingram. I really think the Pels should utilize Jonas more as it is clearly their best mismatch and getting Chet in foul trouble early would make life a lot easier. Also need to try and get Ingram in more low post action against Dort. But Willie won't change anything IMO he is not that guy to do what it takes to win

I don't know about this. OKC did well during all season against traditional bigs because they can't guard Chet. We struggle against more versatile bigs. You guys don't have that guy that could defend on Chet with JV on the floor.

I think the whole idea that OKC struggle against bigs because we are a terrible rebounding team is wrong. We did well against Minny in the regular season despite the absurd size advantage they have. I do think we will struggle against the winner of LAC/Dallas because they have faster bigs.

You guys are really an underrated team but with Zion out and Ingram struggling so much since he came back, that's tough. You have the pieces to have a strong offseason.

I love Dub. Incredible combination of being one of the best young two way players in the league with being totally weird (in a good way)

100% agree. teams that can take chet out of the paint or otherwise disrupt his defensive positioning have a lot more success offensively against okc. jonas is not a pick and roll threat, really. and even though he will take threes he's not hanging around the 3pt line. all it does is make it easy for chet to be in defensive position to contest shots.

Pels lost close first game, then lost a blowout game, now its time to lose a game where they lead by 15-20 and then lose. #Pelslife

Sucks for the Pels that they don't have a better player than Larry Nance Jr but they should still give him more minutes
