After game 1, i think the Heat would be lucky to win 1 game.

The talent disparity is too large.

No Butler, No Rozier. Not good for Miami.

Celtics are too good and deep. I have my doubts with the Heat upsetting the Celtics this season.

The Heat missed their best chance when Tatum walked away from Martin's attack.

After watching game 1 of the Heat/Celtics series, I'm very much expecting that series to be short. Not having Jimmy Butler and Terry Rozier is going really hurt the Heat chances of making this a interesting series. Maybe they win one game based on the Coach and a outlier game from their role players or a abnormally bad game from the Celtics, but expecting more than that is wishful thinking.

They play Holiday pushed a running Martin from behind?

No, that's not what caused Martin to do what he did.

They had a slight chance with Jimmy on deck.

Without him, they have next to no chance.

5% chance with Jimmy and Rozier AND continued dirty play making sure to try and hurt players.

No Jimmy and Rozier and still trying to hurt players 1% chance.

They have Bam and Herro. A hidden roleplayer could step up

If they take the Celtics to 7 games or win the series will it be a bigger upset than even the Warriors we believe team?

The Celtics are historically a great team this year but there is always the unknown..

Thoughts?

No chance. Heat, with butler and rozier were losing in 5. This looks like a sweep.

I guess if you undercut the team's best players, you give yourself a chance.

I said it before, I will say it again. As long as they have Spoelstra, they have a chance.

Hmmmm. I'm not ready to reclaim this take just yet until game 3 but hmmmmm.

no. But every Celtics loss that extends a series increases the chance of one of their guys suffering an injury and taxes them for the next opponent. I think the reason why they lost to the Warrios a couple of Finals ago was because they went 7 games versus the Bucks and Heat beforehand and were just gassed. And last year they went 6 versus the Hawks then 7 games vs the Sixers leaving them gassed when facing the Heat. These preventable losses take a toll. If the Celtics lose another game in this series and it goes 6 or 7 they'll be that much more susceptible to losing a series going forward.

I've got it as the largest upset in NBA history if it happens.

Celtics won 18 more games than Heat, no Butler no Rozier.

That said I'm still not seeing it happening.
