I remember it happening in 2013 and I only remember that happening in 2013 because this exact same thread was on the GB and the answer was it happened before in 2004. I'm guessing now that it happens about every 10 years.

If the TWolves, Bucks, Clips wins tomorrow.
Followed by the Celtics and Thunder winning on Wednesday.

Would be the first time that all home/top seed teams start off 2-0 in the First round. I believe.
