Should users be FORCED to comply with bets they make?

Yes, IMO, if the poster can't be trusted to honor their bet.

One minor infraction was made when he posted during Draft night I believe, but other than that...a deal was a deal

Respect to him for that.

Unsurprised that the poster in question is not honoring his initial statement. It would be like a player writing to a national team begging to be a part of it and then doing a 180...

They are scum if they take a bet and do not honor it but should the mods enforce an online forum bet? I don't think they care.
