Cried for 3 years to get his MVP
Flops constantly, gets as many free throws as he wants

Intentionally takes out other players, doesn't get tossed from games

If Jokic got Embiid's whistle he'd average 50 points on 750% true shooting.

Yea you're right. I don't know why the NBA promotes him. I would not be happy if my 7 year old did some of the things you mentioned but luckily he doesn't.

If Hartenstein had pulled half the stuff in the game last night Embiid pulled, Adam Silver would've descended from the rafters like Sting in WCW and Hartenstein would've left the arena in handcuffs.

It's a joke and every real basketball fan can see what is going on.

It’s all entertainment at the end of the day.

Joel still wants to be loved too much for how amazingly talented he is to be a really great villain. Draymond has great villain energy, but Joel is too physically imposing to be so petulant and still give off main boss vibes. That's top underling or 2nd-act-villain behavior.

I've started getting more into football in recent years. If I weren't interested in a few of the playoff teams I certainly wouldn't be watching the product. It's like in Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey for N64, where they just make it incredibly easy for a team who's down to score because it's an arcade game. That's why a lot of the younger generation doesn't watch full games and just consumes highlights. That doesn't happen for football.

Talented, but him and jimmy butler are the most favored by the refs in the league by a country mile.

This is 100% deserving of a 1-game suspension. Dangerous, intentional, avoidable, and not in any way a basketball play.

I dont wish injury on any player but I genuinely can't feel sorry for this dude when he does get injured. Dude is so reckless with injuring other players.

After the game Zarba had the gall to say this wasn't excessive. If this isn't excessive, don't even have the flagrant 2 rule, just let the players beat the crap out of each other. How this isn't a one game suspension is beyond me, especially considering he wasn't thrown out last night. This is as blatant as I've ever seen and the NBA just looks the other way. He could have seriously injured Robinson on this play and was incapable of making a basketball play from the seat of his pants. Embarrassing.

The NBA will be safer once he and Green retire. It's too bad. He could have been an all time great.

Agreed. If Dennis Rodman did what he did yesterday it would be remembered as one of Rodman's wildest games. Except that Rodman was cool and advanced out of the second round.

Yeah, that was **** egregious. A bearhug to someone's legs as they are going up. How did the announcers react during the game? Did they even talk about it?

The much criticised and hated Draymond Green? 21 in 970 games.

In the playoffs it holds true compared to Draymond as well.

It’s about time Embiid got his due as one of the dirtiest players in the NBA.

Now do Jokic

He tried to jump over him. He can be excessive, and sometimes dirty lol. That wasn't it though lol.

Jokic has 5 combined flagrants in 687 career regular season and postseason games.

Why would you ask for that comparison? Did you think it would help?

Like anyone I have my top 3 hated NBA player but even on them I never ever for an instant wished injury. For Embiid the next time his brittle ass gets injured I know what I will be thinking/feeling.

That one is a clear flagrant 2 and a 1 game suspension. I have fans from many different teams among my friends....I have yet to hear anyone say otherwise (that saw the scene or game).

The NBA has zero integrity. Zero.

Keep in mind he carried out hitjobs on Mitch, Isaiah and OG...probably the Knicks 3 most injury prone players.....he is the dirtiest player in the league by far. And stupid as **** as well.Just a piece of trash.

Nearly permanently injured a player. Has had multiple ejections during the post season because of the his temper.

Embiid is the bully who cries and runs to his mom when he finally gets hit. I know it’s a juvenile comparison to make but they guy has the maturity of a 14 year old so I think it fits.

What I don’t understand is why the media shills for this guy the way they do. He’s as universally hated outside Philly as a star can be. He’s a massive flopped and a dirty player. His game doesn’t scale to the playoffs. And for some reason they shower this guy with praise. I look forward to the day he retires.
