The answer isn't the Harden/Embiid/Young gang either. They flop and sell contact, sure, but they're also great at putting defenders in positions where they're likely to foul.

I think it's Marcus Smart or Derek Fisher. They possess no such skill and their flopping is pure. Derek Fisher would just flail and fall to the ground on half his jumpers. He did it a lot but it didn't work too well. Marcus Smart might be the most skilled flopper I've ever seen. He had one I believe his rookie season that was absolutely beautiful, haven't been able to find the video. No contact at all. Offensive player had the ball, swung his elbows and Smart timed his flop perfectly with the elbow passing by his head.

Flopping really does morph into performance art at a certain level. Smart and CP3 have the great thespian gene, they wouldn’t be out of place on Broadway. On ball flops trying to get a free throw are one thing.

Flopping off ball especially on defense or 50-50s is what separates the elite from the rest.

Harden and Embiid but Marcus Smart deserves a mention in this thread.

Embiid is such a flooper, his own eyeballs are flopping on him.

Peak flop has been attained.

Yeah, the person who was pissed at the Harden trade and went from attending games on a regular to avoiding them (unless invited) is biased to keep him off the list. You sure got me there bub

Those two also wouldn't be the top flopper in franchise history, when considered time with the squad. That title will forever be held by Bad Porn.

1. Dennis Rodman.

2. Anyone else comes in 2nd place by quite a large separation from Rodman at #1.

Embiid and Harden are the two most prolific floppers I’ve ever seen. Harden may still have him beat in terms of peak, but he’s slowed down quite a bit since his Houston days. Embiid is still in his flopping prime and looks to pass him with longevity.

CP3 and Lowry are great floppers but they’re doing it on low volume. I don’t see the case for them.

LOL at the Lebron mentions. He’s not even a top 20 flopper of all time!

Lebron is the GOAT of flopping. It’s the only GOAT title he’ll ever have a legit claim to

Embiid is basically playing the refs more than the game of basketball at this point, everything he does is either trying to draw a foul or making illegal plays every time down the floor because he knows the refs are going to be heavily discouraged from tossing the reigning “MVP”

He’s a disease to the game of basketball

Everyone on this board is like 20 years old  . Varejao, Manu, Ainge, Chris Paul, Lebron is an All-Flop 1st team.

Rodman, Harden, Embiid, Lambier, Fisher a worthy 2nd team
