Had he just come to play basketball and not been the G.M. those kids might have developed into a championship caliber core alongside Lebron. Ingram, Ball, Kuzma, Caruso, KCP, Zubac is quite a bit of young talent. Surely a player of Lebron's supposed leadership and talent could have helped mold them right?
