Brunson a monster -

Dame was a monster -

Kyrie has a ring -

All these guys have had their time - it’s Brunsons - kyrie still balling and he has been the best Mav this series

Dames time has passed

The dude is good. Great season. Should be All-NBA 2nd team.

Jalen is very good, this is a little premature though. Playoff raw numbers are great so far, efficiency not so much (yet).

He does carry that team well though, credit to him.

I'm rooting for the Knicks because Brunson is a very likable player, f the haters.

Yes it’s better than Dames run where he got swept and Kyrie playing robin to LeBron

Brunson just beat a terrible Sixers team where Harris scored 0 points and a handicap Embiid with a 40yr old Lowry

What a legend

You realize the sixers won 10 games straight coming into the playoffs. They were the hottest team in the nba when Embiid returned. So salty

Jalen also went toe-to-toe with Jimmy last year in a way Giannis and Tatum couldn't, after out-dueling Mitchell (again). So it's not just beating Embiid & Maxey on his own.

I’d say Brunson might be better than Kyrie, because he can clearly carry a team as a #1. (Although that 2016 Finals Kyrie performance is just a performance for the ages capped off with that game-winning shot.) But in my opinion Brunson isn’t yet on the level of prime Damian Lillard.

Made back to back semis, which the Nets haven't done since 2007. Deal with it.

Nets living in your head rent free

Call me when you make a Finals this century.

Why even comment when your team was eliminated from playoff contention months ago? You’re better than this.

I agree with you here. Prime Dame was on another level. But if Brunson reaches the ECF, conversations can be had on where we’d compare the 2.

I mean, you seem pretty shook by Jalen and Philly did a great job on him comparatively. Just wait til you see what he does to the Pacers...

Just admit Brunson is the East Harden lmao
Pacers omg another unstoppable and defensive world beater

A majority of the media and sportsbooks had the Knicks as underdogs when the series against Philly started.

Sixers were the hottest team in the league going into the playoffs.

They had the best player on their team…still lost.

Brunson is him. Keep hatin’

I'll say, there seems to be a level of inevitability with Brunson I never felt with Kyrie. Kyrie will just fizzle out at times. His motor and his resolve to keep shooting will go away, he'll look frazzled, etc. I think the Knicks could've still beat this limited Sixers team and maybe kyrie does it in different ways, but Brunson just appears to be a more consistent scorer and be mentally tougher, so I'll give it to Brunson. But if Kyrie can get to the finals and the Mavs win, I'd put that on the same plane. He's gotta show out and dominate.

Dame last year was incredible, he would've destroyed these Sixers too. But he's past his prime now.

Brunson has been awesome, but peak Dame beats them all. Aside from Steph, Dame is the only small guard to LEAD a team to the conference finals as a teams best player. Even Kyrie never did that.

Give us a couple of weeks, man.

I do agree that he needs a little more hardware.

To be clear, I’m not saying he can’t… even in the very near future… just the question as of today May 3rd, 2024… Dame wins out of these 3.

No disrespect, just solely looking at the levels all have currently reached. Right now, Dame wins flat out.

This Knicks team reminds me a lot of the team Dame took to the WCF. It wasn’t a star filled team, just a lot of dudes who **** played their ass off and knew their role. That can get you far.

If pains me to say, but Dame is showing his age. And tbf, it could very well just be coaching and roster. Those Blazer teams were built around him vs whatever the **** this Bucks Frankenstein team is. But man, Dame used to have “must see” games every week, now it’s every month… again, maybe just him trying to learn to be a second best guy vs a #1 option… but yeesh, looking like Blazers cashed out right in time.

And I say this as someone who was fully happy with him staying in Portland til the wheels fell off. Still would have been fine with that, but this was his choice… if it had to end like this, glad the timing worked like it did.

Notice Murray is still #1 option on nuggets offense
Lillard needs to become that for the Lakers or Heat
Bronny will become Murray 2.0
