its a shame that after tonight Oklahoma City will enjoy two of the best NBA players of this generation.

(Durant and Beasley. I just feel it happening)

It's a shame that people are attacking the people of Oklahoma City in all of this. They wanted an NBA team, they now have one. You can disapprove of the way they're getting one, best of luck to anyone who's not disapproving of this. But, the last people that should be facing criticism is the population of OKC.

The name and the logo reminds me of Red Baron pizza.

Also, why go by Oklahoma City? Why not just Oklahoma? The City seems redundant, and with their small market size, it would make more sense to name themselves after the entire state, not just the city.

I like the Outlaws better. I brings that country theme to Oklahoma City.

Wonder what's going to happen to Seattle fans on these boards? Who do they follow after their players relocate?

The Sports guy did an interesting piece on that, what should Seattle fans do. Take up a new team, and how to do it without appearing to be a bandwagoner, or stop following basketball altogether.

^Yeah. I would like to say that NOT following basketball is not an option, but if the Pistons got up and moved to anywhere but Detroit again...I can't be so sure.

What's the nearest team to Seattle? Portland? How do they feel about them? I, for one, would LOVE to be a Portland fan. They have an entire decade of success ahead.

If they somehow stay in Seattle, I hope they get Derrick Rose tonight, if they are truly leaving, I hope they get completly screwed and Durant ends up leaving the team in a few years.

From what I understand, it's about the same way us Piston fans view the Bulls, so it might be a no no. A Sonic fan would have to clarify though.

Back on topic, I can't imagine Baron fans being hated, mostly because I can't imagine there being enough open and out Baron fans to notice :P
