I visited all of the cities listed and if those cities are the best cities in your country then there's no need for me to visit anywhere else is there?
Toronto wishes it was a tenth as important as NYC or LA.

LA area really stretches from San Diego to the Central Coast. ( Laker, Clipper telecasts)

Portland and Utah consistently bring out a ton of people for a small market team. They were 3rd and 6th in the attendance, respectively. The Blazers hold the professional sports record for most consecutive sellouts (814) and sold out every game last year and most games the year before (27 consecutive in '08 and all 41 last year).
Atlanta should be off the list. They have a hard time getting people in the seats even when the team is good. That arena has looked REALLY empty at times.
The Spurs have got to be on the list and Detroit should be near the top.
Top markets for the NBA:
1. New York (biggest market - team sucks, but fans still renew season tickets)
2. Chicago (fans still came out during the rough years, 2nd in NBA in attendance)
3. Detroit (consistently excellent attendance, 1st in NBA in 2009)
4. Boston (rich history and loyal, passionate fans)
5. LA (HUGE market, but Clippers still don't sell out)
6. San Antonio (very successful franchise, consistent sell outs, makes up for relocation scare in 80's)
7. Portland (impressive current sellout streak, holds record for pro sports)
8. Utah (passionate small market fans, winning franchise, built nice tradition)
9. ?
10. ?
wait wait, you're holding against LA that they are able to support a 2nd profitable franchise?

#16 Sacramento
#23 Minnesota
#27 Memphis
These are the rankings of the mentioned cities. (Largest markets)
To be fair, implying Sacramento as a bad city is silly.

I don't think its possible to talk about cities on this forum. Xenophobia FTW.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'

My source is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_metropolitan_area. Pretty sure that is more accurate.
Your source is posting areas outside the classified metro. Not sure how that can be considered metro then as some of them are 3 hours away. Metro means usually within a hour.

Is this some kind of appeal for Dirk to sign in 2010?
