Most improved team so far...

Post#1 » by BostonUpoke » Fri Dec 4, 2009 1:41 am

Who do you think is the most improved team in the NBA? Obviously I am biased because I love the Thunder but looking at their body of work to date, I don't think there is any question they are the most improved team in the NBA. They have wins ON THE ROAD against Detroit, San Antonio, Miami, and Utah. Not to mention, they are 10-8 overall! Remember this team won just 23 games overall last year and at one point were 3-29.

Thoughts?

OKC, Sac-to and Milwaukee come to mind. Both have winning records so far. It'll be interesting to see if they keep it going or dwindle away once March rolls around.

I go with those two, especially the Kings. Kings, Bucks, and Thunder were pretty bad last year and have much improved records. Thunder is to me a better team, with a higher ceiling, and they may end up with a much better record than either the Kings or the Bucks, but I and many others expected them to get better, because they've got a lot of good players and one potentially great player. I expected the Bucks to get worse and expected the Kings to repeat as worst record in the league. Evans and Jennings sure are turning heads.

The Bucks have had a pretty easy schedule.
The Thunder has has a pretty hard one
Not sure about the kings.

The Buck and Sacto have been impressive because they are winning because of injuries.

As a Thunderfan my biased opinion mean little.

Out of the Bucks and Sacto, I say Sacto is the most improved.

wins - obviously and deservingly the Thunder

but

overall - i think this is the year the hawks make a run @ the ecf. could see them pulling off an Orlando and maybe getting a little luckier (maybe the suns or nuggs sweep in?)

Thunder, Bucks and Sac have been better than expected.

But Atlanta has also been suprising, I think they are really closing in on becoming an elite Eastern team. On the same level as the big 3.
