What are your thoughts on these 5 teams? Strongest division in the NBA? Is this just temporary?

/me wonders if this late into the season we have had a division with 5 teams all over .500. I hope this draws some exciting games towards the end of the season for those final playoff spots

The Southwest has been the strongest division for like the past 3 - 4 seasons.

Definitely the strongest division in the NBA and it has been for a while.

Really, the whole west is playing great ball minus the T-Wolves, Warriors and Kings as of late. I really admire what Portland (a little bias) and Houston especially are doing out there with Houston not really having a true star and Portland still haivng theres, but have bench players/third stringers playing. Denver winning the way they have without Carmelo and Billups is pretty impressive as well. The Southwest division is impressive with all teams currently over .500, great division there. Northewest is another good one, but the bottom feeding (and last in the conference) team in the T-Wolves brings it down a little. Western teams are impressive this year.

Why can't the east get better?

"Because those poor Eastern teams have to play Orlando, Boston, and Cleveland" is the excuses I keep reading. Sure they do, but there are plenty of other teams they can beat. The West is rocking them this year.
