"Team Defense" has 20+ ppg scorers at 4 of their positions; the only major issue they have is that "Team Offense" can stop guarding them past 22 feet for the most part.

Team Defense is also going to have a problem, because Russell won't be able to camp in the lane, particularly against Dirk, and that'll open up the interior for Hill and Nash... and Shaq.

Shaq would have a field day with three different guys who shoot the 3 that well opening things up for him, and Dream proved that he couldn't really stop Shaq. He could score on him, but couldn't stop him.

I'd say Team Offense might win in 7.

Team Offense. They'd play a lot better d than they look on paper. Team is still full of length and athleticism and with energy to burn playing not as the man, they could step up. Team Defense would be hurt by their lack of spacing and 3pt shooting.

team offense. team defense would have trouble scoring on them as they'd pack the paint and smother Hakeem. Team offense would be a well oiled machine that no team could stop. Remember, no matter how good your defense is, superior offense will always win. You can hope to limit guys, but never completely stop them.

Yep, most great offensive players can produce against anyone, especially in the post handcheck era. Especially when doubling Shaq all the time opens up space for them. Nash, Allen, Dirk would be getting open shots the entire game. And those are probably the 3 best shooters at their positions... ever.

yeah this comparison is basically pick your poison. either double shaq and dare nash, dirk, and allen to hit wide open set shots or stay at home on the shooters and try to play Shaq straight up. Also that's only looking at that offense in the most simple of terms.
