Lebron and KG. Would be a dominant two way force.

Not sure but I did always want to see "Prime" Shaq with a guy like KG or Nash just to see how he'd work with a star player who wasn't a typical SG.

While short lived I thought Shaq looked nice playing off of Nash in 2009.
Watching a young Shaq run the break along side Nash would probably be pretty sick.

KG/Hakeem
the two most skilled bigs I can think of
the defense and high-low scoring and passing would be otherworldly

Bird & Magic :o

This would have been totally UNGUARDABLE on an unprecedented level.
PC Board All Time Fantasy Draft:

PG Mark Price (92-94)
SG Manu Ginobili (05-07)
SF Larry Bird (84-86)
PF Horace Grant (93-95)
C Dwight Howard (09-11)
+
Bernard King (82-84) Vlade Divac (95-97) Derek Harper (88-90) Dan Majerle (91-93) Josh Smith (10-12)

Yeah, I have no idea how it's possible that nobody mentioned Larry and Magic before you have. The chemistry they had on the court, even before their NBA careers, was really amazing (by their own admission, they were "two parts of the same brain"), and it's hard to imagine anyone playing more beautiful and unselfish basketball than they would. Hell, I could probably be a 15 point scorer on good efficiency, with Magic and Bird creating open looks for me.

Just to add anyone, Wilt/Oscar would be fun. Two incredible all-around players, both really ahead of their time, in the 60s. I mean, like '67 Wilt (when he was that scary all-around force - early 60s Wilt wouldn't really work well with Robertson, because someone would probably be unhappy, having to sacrifice a lot of his individual production, but '67 Wilt seems fine), and '64 Oscar.

Also, Kareem and KG. As far as Twin Tower type duos, these two guys seem to be as good of a fit as you can imagine. Kareem would be the offensive anchor, and the interior presence, KG would roam more on the perimeter, providing help on defense, disrputing pick & rolls, while KAJ would protect the rim. On offense, both were great passers, and Garnett's jumpshooting offense (really, he could knock down shots on really good percentages from anywhere inside the 3-point arc) should mesh really well with Kareem's inside-oriented, back-to-the-basket style. Basically, Abdul-Jabbar was a "12 feet in", and Garnett was a "12 feet out" type of offensive player. Pretty much a natural fit on both ends of the court.

Jordan & KG would be the perfect combo.

KG is basically a 7 foot, more dominant version of Pippen. They're both the ultimate 2 way all around players, both have little weaknesses, both known to be extremely intense and hardworking, both have automatic midrange jumpers. At the same time they would compliment each other perfectly; MJ is aggressive, KG is passive. Just imagine how intense their practices would be.

Thinking Penny and Kidd
Would love to see a healthy version of that.
Also Rose/Kidd

Healthy TMac and Hill would have been dominant, trajectory was top ten all time at their positions
Same with TMac and Yao

Roy/Oden/La would have been a contender.

Healthy Larry Johnson and Ewing would have gotten a ring

I couldn't agree more. They would've meshed really well together, and be a legit challenger to the Spurs and the Heat's big three.

Wilt and Moses. If the other team didn't make it's first shot, they weren't getting a second one.

LeBron and Dr. J. That would just be pure fun.

Thinking about it, prime VC and Westbrook would be pretty sweet, freakishly athletic backcourt.

I'd love to see some Robert Sacre and Rony Turiaf combo bench celebrations.
