The 6 postseasons, to me, rank like:

2012
1997
2014
1998
2013
1996
1995
2011

It's very close. I think I'd lean LeBron. He was more efficient (on less volume granted), better defender at that point in their careers, and other than 1998 carried a bigger load for his team.

Jordan was otherwordly still, his 1991-1993 crushes LeBron's 2012-2014, it's no insult.

wow I think the 90's are underrated for having consistent teams. MJ beat nine 50 win teams and faced 10.
Four wins facing six for Lebron.
