Are there other players that can play small ball 5 on the Warriors?

Can anyone else do what Draymond is doing right now? I know that Draymond has played at the 4 and 5 his whole career but he is by all means someone skilled enough to be a perimeter player. He's guarded the 4 and 5 because that is where he's the most effective, but he can handle, pass, and attack the basket better than most wings in the league.

Who else could theoretically play center in the Warriors small ball death squad?

I'm thinking LeBron James, who has guarded 4s back in Miami.

Kawhi Leonard possibly.

And that's probably it. Obviously a guy like Anthony Davis can play, but he won't really fit the identity of what makes the Warriors small lineup that good.

I'm looking at Giannis. He doesn't have Draymond's strength but he still has the length to disrupt bigs.

All time...

Magic may not be as effective on defense as Draymond, but the Warriors with Magic at C could be the most potent offensive unit ever.

I'll throw Pippen in there.

And I'm cheating here but if I had to choose someone who is usually classified as a big, Kevin Garnett is hands down the best candidate to play Center in the Warriors death squad.

Giannis has given guys like Zbo and Pau trouble defensively. He's 6'11, a lean but deceptively strong 230 with a 7'4-5" wingspan, and when he really locks in he can play big. Assuming we're only talking stretches and not full-time, really the only guys I could see overwhelming him and making him a liability would be Cousins, and Whiteside and Drummond on one of their monster nights.

Draymond is currently a better option for the 5 in their small-ball lineup, but man, Giannis in a couple years would be PERFECT for that squad.

Diaw can do it
Shaq on Duncan:SA won because of TD, a guy I could never break.I could talk trash to Ewing, get in D-Rob's face, get a rise out of Mourning, but when I went at Tim he’d look at me like he was bored and say:“Hey,Shaq, watch this shot right off the glass.”
