DDV and Hartenstein are savages.
Pay no mind to the battles you've won
It'll take a lot more than rage and muscle
Open your heart and hands, my son
Or you'll never make it over the river

Murray pounds the ball too much for no reason at times

Too busy looking for his. That horrific shot when Jokic had position on Bron under the rim set off the Lakers’ run.

Perfect example of it really.

He was tremendous in the playoffs last season, but the Nuggets would be a surefire dynasty if they had a more cerebral number 2 option.

Jokic defense getting badly exploited this game. Theyve been targetting on pick and rolls for what feels like 90% of their baskets

He has moments but playmaking doesn’t come naturally to him. Was always a gunner going back to his Kentucky days.

Loving how the NBA is allowing defense a chance these playoffs.

Most obvious ending to a game since that 2016 Warriors/Thunder half-court shot.

To be fair, he almost single-handidly threw the game away.

I thought Murray would either win them the game or lose it if they got a few stops. I felt like he'd keep shooting.

He won it. That's a big time shot over AD.

Ridiculous shot. But still didn’t like the last few possessions from him even as he got hot. AD had 5 fouls and Jokic was scoring on him at will but hardly saw the ball. Felt like the Nuggets could’ve won even more handedly.

I would agree, but he ended up making them this time. He was maybe due for a heater.

The gap Jokic has on everyone else is honestly insane. He was horrible in 1st half on both ends and finishes w/ a near 30,20,10 lol

Luka, Giannis, Embiid, Sga arent close to him not even in the same area code he is gonna need to fall off soon or Wemby hit his prime soon for anyone to even challenge him for best player

Seeing Jokic trying to CP3 the refs at the end of the game(drawing a foul and Russell with a logo 3 that was no real attempt at the rim) was an eye opener and maybe a glimpse on what his weakness will be when he ages. He is very lucky Porter Jr. and Murray saved his decision with timely baskets.

Couldn't watch today's games (maybe I will watch them in the evening), but Lakers put up a solid fight against the Nuggets so far.

Now, we're changing the home court - do you think there is still a hope in any of these 3 series?

You missed literally the best doubleheader ever.

Strange takeaway. Jokic saw that AG had position on Reaves on a fast break and also saw Russell run toward him. So he contorted his body to try to draw a foul since they were already in the bonus but was really trying to get the ball to AG under the rim.

By no means is Jokic a guy that relies on a friendly whistle lol.

I doubt ORL can pull off a series win but LAL and PHI? Sure. I can certainly see them making it a long series even though I would not bet on either of them to actually advance (although I might still favor the 76ers if you told me Embiid plays in all 7 games and does not look completely broken).

I suppose I am one of the few people who would not take the Nuggets over the field to make it out of the Western Conference (or at least it feels like it). Favorites? Yes. But I do not see them as a juggernaut. They have an elite starting 5, the best player in the world and valuable playoff experience. That goes a long way to winning the title. I do not like their roster depth and versatility, however, and I can absolutely see that becoming a problem at some point during these playoffs. Whether it'll be enough to beat them in a series remains to be seen – but I wouldn't be shocked.
