Kind of wild James outlasted impact king Curry and the Warriors. The warriors have always been front runners and have folded under any adversity. This was a sad way to go out to the Kings.

 All is quiet now. James is still more impactful even at 39 with 5 million miles more of west and tear. Curry looked off all year, the least amount of impact he’s made since his very early years.

Warriors were frontrunners for sure.

Steph was shamelessly in the game up 20 late in the 4th statpadding to get the game 7 points record. Then Jayson beat his game 7 record the next week

now after saying "light the beam" in Sacramento after game 7 they got blown the **** out next season

so **** poetic

You know, might as well count these 3 playins as closeout games. Adds to this

LeBron's career has legitimately eclipsed every star of the 2010s. All of them. I'll concede some of the newer guys but I never thought even once that Curry, KD, or Kawhi were better than him when he's actually been healthy. They all came in worse than him and will retire worse than him.

Even in 2022 LeBron was clearly better from just watching the games but Curry had plus minus and a great finals to fall back on while the Lakers were abusing LeBron by playing him at center on one of the worst rosters I've ever seen. 2021 Curry was probably the closest since he was on a heater all season long but a healthy playoff LeBron almost certainly would've out done him just like 2016.

LeBron outlasting Steph in the league is so doable, just depends on how long LeBron's willing to keep at it

Been saying this for 3 years now but a pox be upon THT for inspiring LeBron to keep going for these stupid inside hand jellys on the left side of the rim instead of finishing with his left Every time. It's gotten better than before where now he's actually shooting lefty layups again but he still smokes way too many layups going for style points
LeBron's NBA Cup MVP is more valuable than either of KD's Finals MVPs. This is the word of the Lord

Yes with the refs help and his super team all season long   ,Curry is still 3 -1 against lebron in the finals btw

Hmm a troll account, bt lets break this down
Curry is 3-2 in the playoffs vs Lebron and 3-3 if you count a play in where the Lakers helped knock off GS in the 2021 play in

And if you dont count 2015 since Kyrie and Love were hurt, Lebron is 3-2

But Curry has NEVER beat Lebron when he didn't have KD and when Lebrons team was healthy....

Hard to say. He was before the all star game, but Lebron has been way better after the break

Sort of like Kobe outlasting all his contemporaries and then even some of the "successors" like Wade particularly, sadly until the Achilles.

It is just SO frustrating that the seeding shook out this way.

Amazing year by LeBron and AD both. DLo and Rui both came into their own as well. We finally get a chance to answer the "what-if" from last year if everyone was healthy....

And round 1 they're running into the one team they can't beat.

I wouldn't have an issue if they met Denver in round 2 and we at least got 11-12 solid games of Playoff LeBron before they get knocked out... But round 1? Really? Ffs...

I’m fine with facing Denver right away. Other than Suns or the Clippers, I don’t see anyone else challenging Denver in any meaningful way on their good day. So the path was always going to go through them.

I'd be shocked if this gets past 5 games. Denver is a LOT better than L.A., and the Lakers have no real answer for either of Denver's primary threats... We'll see if Lebron is able to turn back the clock a bit and actually score well in the playoffs. He looks healthy-ish, but he's been pretty rough the past couple postseasons.
