Looking like a 1st round matchup with Denver assuming they beat NO again in the play-in. ****

Minnesota vs Phoenix
LA vs Denver

I don't like either of my teams 1st round matchups.

AD with a non-contact back injury it seems like. Can barely walk. This better not be a big deal.

AD said he’s fine and he’ll play. So I think they will play Denver. That’s obviously not going to go well for them but making the playoffs with Ham as your coach is still impressive.

There’s no guarantee they beat NO again even though they match up well with them in many ways. Oddsmakers have it as a 50-50 game. You very, very rarely see a team run a game against a team wire-to-wire and then play that same team in the next game and do it again.

LeBron post the All-Star break:

28/10/8 on 58/45 shooting, 67% TS, +17.2 ON/OFF.

In year 100 as a senior citizen.

I was telling some friends I could see it going like the G3-4 sequences of R1-2 last playoffs, which I would frankly take. I might trust LA to adjust for Willie Green’s adjustments, but we’ll see Tuesday night.

Man. 4 games away from HCA in the 1st round.

This could have so so easily been a 55 win team.

So the reg season is finally over and now if we do our job on Tue we get rewarded with the Nuggets.....unbelievable

If only Minny could have done their job...sigh

This play in game has screwed us 3 games in a row.....but I feel like we should get the benefit of the whistle

If we lose, then we are in a final elimination game vs GS/Sac.

You shouldnt want to be in a single elmination game vs anyone, especially a team like GS.......however the 8th seed has a much more favorable matchup in OKC

I think we should beat the Pels again though. It should be harder next game since we just whooped them and theyll be more motivated, but we match up well vs them and idk if BI will be ramped up enough. Played only 23 min today

I’d rather they botch the game vs NO on purpose but it’s too risky to bank everything on one game vs GS or SAC, even though they’ve had GS’ number for years now and SAC are hurt. Thing is with how they defend the 3PT line, too risky.

They played at a 59 win pace with the DLo/AR/LBJ/Rui/AD lineup. A lot of close wins so say a 55 win pace. At full strength, they look like a top 6 team at minimum. Would be a shame to go out in the first round vs. Denver if it happens.

Yeah, no way.

LeBron post-ASG (2024): 21 games, 27.5 PPG, 7.6 RPG, 9.5 APG, 67.2 TS%
LeBron post-ASG (2023): 10 games, 24.1 PPG, 7.8 RPG, 6.0 APG, 55.0 TS%
LeBron post-ASG (2021): 9 games, 21.8 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 7.8 APG, 62.5 TS%

F*** it, bring me this Jokic dude in the first round, I'm ready for playoff LeBron for the last (?) time.

I just hope they'll advance without any troubles, we were dreaming about ~healthy LeBron in shape in postseason the last few years and I'm not gonna complain.

Yeah, I don't believe they'll advance over Nuggets, but much more competitive series than a year ago is realistic.

And yeah, I don't necessarily believe in prime LeBron in the playoffs, but even last year he had top resilience as a two-way player despite not being healthy and with his jumper being off.

Absolutely filthy. His whole year was unbelievable. Just a pleasure to watch him play. I'm betting 40K plus points, 11K plus assists and 11K plus rebounds will never be done again.

One of his best RS games in the past 5 years. Played possessed.
