So the exact same game happens if LeBron plays? With the exact same freak accident hitting ADs eye? That’s not very logical

Anyone seen the Bballbreakdown vid on Lebron and the Clippers game?

The heading is very much a 'click me' title but it takes a look at his defense in the 4Q and address him "changing how they defended the pick and roll" as per his comment in the podcast.

Actually makes me respect that 4Q comeback even more, took on single coverage of kawhi the whole time + blew up a few sets ahead of time.

In a butterflies-to-hurricanes logic, youre probably right. But AD couldve also had a season ending injury if Lebron played, so who knows. Him getting in the face has nothing to do with Lebron's availability tho, so its kind of weird to connect the 2.

It's illogical to put the onus of a freak accident on anything. That's why it's called a freak accident.

Regardless they had a great chance to win if LeBron plays. He probably cost them top 8. Hard to respect that if you’re a teammate of his imo.

What’s hilarious is it’s competitive still. LeBron cost them too 8 for no reason.

I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you if you think he’s sick.

We had a good chance even without Bron

We were up 4 at the end of the 1st with AD and should have been up more if Reddish didnt play

No AD kills this team, he is more important than Lebron since our only other backup big is Hayes atm....

Assuming we make the playoffs and do fine or even very well, I feel like our best bet is to run it back but upgrade a couple of spots

If we had started Vando or Rui to start the year, we are likely #4 or #5, maybe we are even fighting in the top 3 for all I know

But if we can get a very good 1/2 and or 2/3 and upgrade the backup C spot (or even get a guy who can play alongside AD at times), we should be pretty damn good

AD leaving for a smack in the face was quite something. There’s no way he couldn’t have returned. Probably didn’t feel like trying if LeBron wouldn’t tho

I'm sure him leaving the game early yesterday and sideline reporters saying he was sick prior to him being out was just a figment of my imagination then.

He could have played I don’t wanna hear it lol. He clearly doesn’t care about winning anymore.

DLo gave us a nice playoffs preview.

Yes clearly, him busting his ass since the ASB to help us have one of the best records proves it....o wait

Its not Bron's fault the coach couldnt figure out the starting lineup for months

Or that our cheap owner didnt pay up for some guys

Or that our GM didnt push in any small chips even

Suns (46 wins): Clippers, @ Clippers (2nd night of a b2b), @sac @ Wolves
Pels (46 wins): @blazers, @ kings, @GS, LAL
Sac: (45 wins) @OKC, Pels, Suns, Blazers
Lakers (45 wins): GS, @mem, @Pels

So we better hope Kawhi plays soon and they split those Clipper games and then hope KAT is back and then they win max 1 of the last 2

Pels: We better hope that GS plays their guys vs them and then obviously we need to take care of business vs them

Sac: Weird spot here since I am not fully sure how to be rooting for them or not vs the Pels and Suns. Need OKC to play Jdub and or SGA vs them, but they may not...

Lal: I think we win out, but we no longer really control our destiny

It’s Ham’s fault they’re in this situation yes. And Pelinka before that. But it’s LeBron’s fault he didn’t feel like getting the 6th seed. He doesn’t care about winning that much or he would have played.

So because you’ve decided that he doesn’t care and that’s that despite way more evidence pointing in the other direction, we need to go along with that? Got it. Thanks.

Gonna be tough, but if they win next 3 they will be in the upper play in bracket. 6th seed would've been nice, but whatever.

All this talk of getting the 6th or 7th or 8th seed, but realize that what matters most is where Denver is seeded. This team simply cannot beat Denver, a higher seed is not worth playing them in the first round and losing there anyway.
