Frosh v. Soph....who you got?

Post#1 » by IrishRainbow » Wed Jan 30, 2008 7:46 pm

This is becoming a better option than the actual all-star game....so do you have a vested intrest? Are the teams legit? Any snubs? Who you got?

Aldridge, Roy, Bargnani will lead the soph team to a win.

I expect moon to have a monster dunk (like iggy a few years ago) and a block on Bargs then laugh it off together.

As a raps fan, I'm shocked Bargnani made it. He's honestly been one of the worst rotation players in the league this year. I guess going number 1 has it's perks.

Spencer Hawes will be on the team next year. Book it.

Oh yeah, without Oden, the Sophs crush the rooks.

I don't think Andrea deserved to go, he's been awful this year. I think a guy like Craig Smith was more deserving. But I guess the NBA did not want to see one of their #1 picks not participating in the game.

The Rookies are going to lose. Mainly because Durant is going to go on one of his classic chuckfests and shoot 5-20 from the field (at best).

Durant is shooting 96% from the floor this season, so I don't see that logic nets force...

I think Joe Smith starting messed it up for Ty. I should be at least closer if the 2nd yr guys take it again, instead of the blowouts.
Where the offseason has more buzz happens.

Man Nick Young should have made the rookie team. And no way should Bargs be on the soph team.

Sophomores are going to dominate. Roy and Gay on the same team? Watch out. Plus Rondo and Aldridge are both solid and play like guys who've been in the league for more than a year and a half.

I really like Farmar and Millsap as well, those guys can play.

The 7 foot 3 point shooting beast made it :lift:

I will do myself a favor and start watching 5 minutes into the 1st and 3rd quarters.

Prediction: 3 3pters in the 1st half 3-3 and a 2pter 1-1

"Wow this guy can shoot"

2nd half: 0-7, 5 fouls, dunked over and stuffed by Moon.

"This guy is a scrub, andrea bustnani"
