His offense is just terrible. He just doesn't get it. I can understand not running pnr because you don't like weakside options as in Marvin creating off the top of the key but damn put JJ there.

And rotating Hinrich in with the starters LMAO.

They showed a clip of him on the bench and he had the same expression Woodson had 99% of the time. The look of "I have no idea what I am doing".

Drew, Sund, and the ASG have been responsible for this recent meltdown and Kirk coming back and changing everyone's routine does not help, but a real coach would have got him back into things differently. So, I put it on the management. I guess Drew is considered management also. I also put it on the players and lack of leadership. Not down on Teague because if he had stayed 4 years in a college this would be his rookie season in the NBA but he is not there yet. On the other hand, JJ and Smith and all those other old vets are worthless when it comes to this. No leaders just more talkers. They need a rather big trade and a new front office that will once and for all let everyone know who the Indians and Chiefs are. Indian should be Al Horford and Teague should be allowed to side pick and rolls all night since he finishes so well on the baselines.
