Trae and Murray fit ain't good but it's not awful either. We could do better but it needs to be at a high level. Murray is still an excellent player and a top 50 guy without question.

First game without Trae, the offense tanked from the heights we'd been at the previous few weeks. We'd been at 119 Offensive Rating for the previous 9 games, but plummeted to 112 Offensive Rating against Orlando.

The trade off is that the defense was dominant with a 94.8 def rating.
It's worth mentioning that Orlando was on the 2nd night of a back to back and without their best player.

The other issue is Jalen and DJ played 39 minutes. Don't think that's sustainable over the next 4 weeks.

Trae has annoyed me greatly the last few years with his inefficient play and lack of leadership/maturity.

But I have a greater appreciation now for how easy he makes the offense run when he's on the floor.

It's been a slog without him.
