Obviously we will need Tatum to start hitting his shots to win a title, but it’s insane what him just being out there does for them offensively. He’s a rhythm guy, so I’d expect a much better shooting night on Thursday. His defense, rebounding, and passing has been awesome, and another 5/1 assist to turnover tonight.

White. Jaylen, Luke, all awesome. Like awesome awesome. Jaylen didn’t even force it really, and made the right pass.

Yall can stress about a series like this, but the Celtics won’t be challenged until the finals lol.

Can’t believe people are arguing over Tatum when we’ve gone 5-1 in our first 6 playoff games and blowing out the other team by 15+ every game.

Lol. He’s playing like a role player! Lucky us we have fairly easy road to the finals, but we can’t have JT play like the 3rd best player on our team this playoffs. Like he can suddenly turn it on come finals.
I don’t know why you guys can’t get it. We need him to play better.

They are forcing him to make plays instead of score, and sure his 3 ball will get better as the law of averages always wins out. (Remember that Miami game where they went 23/40? And a lot people panicked?)

You don’t get my point. Its one thing to read plays and reacting to it by passing the ball and all, which i think he has done a better job this season, but he has been shooting the ball poorly this entire playoffs. Sometimes being a liablity to the team because he stops momentum. I think its all mental. He was shooting fadeway airballs with in 5ft. Missing back to back shots at the rim. Those shots he will make 50 out 50 shots in practice. He needs to snap out of it really. Lets see if he has that dog in him. I haven’t seen it this season.

JT did the right things again - rebounds, passing, blocks. The defense gravitates to him so more open shots for all

Jrue also played well and took what the game gave him. Good d. Aside from one rushed 3 he did everything right

From what I saw from Kornet the last 2 games - IMO he is better than for the team than Horford. His length on defense is troubling teams, he rebounds better and sets better picks. He plays like a center on offense - a rim threat which opens the floor better than sticking in the corner (I read this again and I don't believe I wrote it...). Don't get me wrong, Horford is great but Kornet just turned from a scared teenager to a man.

Felt like a bizarre playoff game. Almost felt like a pre season game at times. I even fell asleep at one point. Will always take a 20 point win though.
