If Celts work out Bender and Hield and feel really confident that one or both of those guys will be an All-Star, then draft 1 of those guys. Otherwise, trade the pick all day long for a Jimmy Butler type. Go all-in for Durant and Banner 18....

Maker probably doesn't belong in a group with those two. Most scouts seem to think his upside is far lower than either of those (Scal particularly). He might be a nice pick with one of the early seconds though since that's his likely range, and he won't cost rookie scale.

It's hard to separate what we know now versus when they were prospects, but that's what I'm more interested in right now than future projections of Bender.

Maker won't last that long. Too much talent...and he's a worker. he will impress in workouts and go higher then you think...especially in this draft class. Book it

Laying the blame for lackadaisical effort on his college coach is lame. Anyway I'm just frustrated in advance with this team's lotto luck, but with Hield, Bender and Dunn, we could have a lot of trade options on draft night. I think Okafor and Cousins will be the targets..
