I dont think there should be any question about Sully starting on this team somewhere -- either the 4 or 5. He's the best, and really only, reliable rebounder. He has to be on the floor. I think he's the second best player on the team.

Hey, take that back. We don't want Jeff Green's self confidence to be any lower.

Agreed.

I think the nine man rotation will likely include Turner and Bass as well.

Kind of a rotation which bucks the trend in the NBA of having a bunch of guys heaving up three point shots but there are a ton of guys who are good to great in mid-range. If things bog down, Stevens will have the ability to bring in Thornton as well as moving Olynyk to Center.

I really think this team has great potential but Stevens has a ton of work to do to make this rotation. Not an enviable task with all the different guys being similarly impactful.

Rondo/Smart
Bradley/Turner
Green/Turner
Sullinger/Bass
Zeller/Olynyk

That should be 9 man rotation.

As long as bass stays I think him and Olynyk will obviously get the remaining 4/5 minutes. I see Bradley and Turner As a good combo off the bench together(With an emergence from Smart) with Turner playing point on O and Bradley guarding the opposing point.

Rondo/Smart
Bradley/Smart/Turner
Green/Turner
Sullinger/Bass
Zeller/Olynyk

The Rotation that I think will start the year barring a trade. Zeller and Olynyk will split minutes. I think Smart starts over Bradley before the year is over.

Turner
Bradley
Green
Sully
Zeller

Bradley checks opposing PG on D, Turner takes the 2.

2nd team:
Smart
Thornton
Crash
Bass
Olynyk

Fav, Anthony, Powell, Rondo-IR, Young-Maine

I need to revise my predictions now that Rondo most likely will not be traded because of his injury...

Though maybe a Rondo trade for a legitimate shot-blocking and rebounding big happens just before the deadline?

Smart
Bradley
Zeller
Green
Sully

Turner, Pressey, Bass, Olynyk and Powell off the bench at the end of the quarter.....

The pace will be the key as to how we do...I hope we can rebound enough to start the break....If we can keep turnovers to a less than 15 level, we should do OK...

I still say Thornton won't be on the roster come opening night. That puts our guard depth at:

Smart/Pressey/Lucas III
Bradley/Turner/Young

Smart
Bradley
Green
KO
Sullinger

Sullinger wants to play PF but also wants minutes. First person off the bench will be Zeller, to replace KO or Sullinger. Sullinger will play many minutes at PF but probably 16 minutes or so at Center
I find your lack of faith disturbing.
