Yes, at the top we see the combo White/Pritchard at +23. But no Holiday on the list!
How come? Are Holiday and White too similar as a player which diminishes the value of Holiday?

Most people would agree that Holiday is a better player than Pritchard, but a lot of advanced stats don't really show that.
Has Holiday quietly been a bit of a disappointment so far? Take into account that he was an All Star last season.

There's a smallish sample size on that pair. And I think most advanced stats that are worthwhile probably show Holiday as a better player than Pritchard.

If anything, I think it's a situation where the White/Pritch combo maybe does work well because without Jrue on the floor, DWhite becomes our defacto lead guard, whereas with Jrue on the floor roles are obscured a bit. Last season we also played really well when Smart was injured and White was starting at the point, possibly for a similar reason.

But I posted this in the DWhite thread for a reason, I was thinking it says more about him and his importance to the team, than anything else.

DWhite/Jrue btw come in at +12.3, just off the list. I would say Jrue doesn't show elsewhere simply because he is typically on the floor while White is on the bench.

White leads the team in 3-pt makes in the clutch (9/16) almost doubling the next guy -- Tatum, 5/13. Add in team-leading 4 blocks, +55, and 7:0 A/TO ratio. Second on team in clutch points with 43 on 60/56/100 splits lol.

The 9 clutch 3s is t-2nd (Dame, Hali) behind Curry.

DWhite, 2024: 13/4/4/.6/1 on 40/37/87 splits. 53.0% TS%, 2.78 A/TO, 6.7 NetRtg. Celtics 12-6 record.

Celtics "slump" has coincided with DWhite's.
