Hauser missed as many 2 pt FGs last night as he did in the first 12 games of the season combined.

He's now shooting 6-8 from 2pt range for the year.

He's also shooting 4-4 on FTs for the season.

And if I did the arithmetic correctly, he's 38-78 on 3s.

in addition to shooting 70 kajillion percent, Sam Hauser is also (no lie) actually leading the whole NBA -- for the season so far -- in terms of having the lowest TO%, at 4.3:

Last year, Gary Trent Jr. led the league in this at 5.1%.
Two years ago, Malik Beasely at 4.7%
Three years ago, Trent Jr. at 4.9%
Based on this unscientific sampling, I am prepared to suggest that Sam Hauser is in fact having the greatest season of not turning the ball over OF ALL TIME! (I'm wrong, but also lazy, so prove it to me:)

Sam, Alec Burks and Buddy Hield are the only guys playing about 20 min. and still in top 25 for 3pa and 3pm. I wonder if Sam could continue at this pace if he played 30 min or more like a starter. If so he would easily average 15 ppg or more.

SSS but Hauser is shooting 50% from the three for 10.2 per game and 3.3 rebounds off the bench while as a starter he is shooting 17.6% from the three for 5.5 ppg despite playing almost double the minutes.

This is still happening.

Just three players in NBA history with 4 makes per 36 minutes at 40%+ clip (mininum 100 makes).

AJ Green of the Bucks has potential to join the list if he can maintain his pace.
