I think my only other Wall of Shame ever was the previous one of these threads. Two from two, woo hoo!

Boston's own Mr Lif (featuring Edan). This song gets my juices flowing.

Watched the first episode of The Rehearsal, Nathan Fielder's new show. If this episode is any indication, it's gonna be waaay more uncomfortable and hilarious than Nathan for You (with the added element of being pretty **** creepy). It strikes me as a cautionary tale on how inadvisable it is to control every aspect of your life, instead of embracing it for its surprises. Gonna binge the next few episodes.

Yeah I kinda have a love-hate relationship with this show haha. It's fascinating and funny but awkward and frustrating. When the episodes drop I keep wondering if I want to keep watching it but then I watch it and I'm fascinated again.

Anyone seen Tehran on Apple? It's an Israeli spy thriller and quite good imo. The lead actress Niv Sultan is gorgeous and the show is well written and suspenseful. Glenn Close is supposed to be in it but I'm near the end of Season 1 and haven't seen her yet so I guess she shows up in Season 2.

It's an Israeli show set in Iran so I was wondering if it would be heavy handed with negative portrayals of Iranians/Muslims, but the they actually make Tehran seem like a nice place for most part and the Muslim characters are presented as good people just doing their jobs and living their lives etc. Worth checking out, I'm pretty hooked atm.

At the very least, I think it's a very fascinating social experiment. I've watched up to episode 3 and it's a different kind of funny; it's sad in a way because there are moments where it's really sincere and makes you reflect on how one should live life, until it's interspersed with batsh*t crazy dialogues (like the girl insisting that Halloween is a Satanic holiday, and the dude obsessed with seeing coincidental numbers wherever he goes).

It's also a great reminder to be thankful that Nathan Fielder is using his talents for comedy, because the man is an absolute sociopath. The lengths that he goes to in staging these "rehearsals" is simply insane. What a fascinating individual.

I thought the 1st episode of House of the Dragons was really good and exciting. Cool to get back into that world. Looking forward to all the crazy stuff I'm sure will be happening in the coming weeks.

I was pleasantly surprised. I checked out of GOT after the second to last season. Felt it jumped the shark and still feel I didn't miss anything. Looking forward to the 2nd episode definitely.

I've gotten through episode 3, and I don't know if I can continue outside of pure curiosity. I can normally watch anything, but this is weird a such a new way.

Long overdue but I'll still look forward to it. Well, Constable will more than me.

'House of the Dragons' is actually and surprisingly really good. You have to turn your brain off seeing all the bad white wigs that make no sense and some of the CGI is dodgy, but the acting is superb and the feel of the show is akin to the first four seasons of 'Game of Thrones' when they were working with source material. We all know how that ended but it was brilliant until it fell apart at the end. If you've missed how good that world felt those first several seasons, give this show a chance.
