He's an imposter... He's coaching the best starting 5 in the game right now.. I would say any coach in current NBA would do as well as him.
Good assessment:

It's not just about strategy.

If the players don't buy in or don't like the coach, the coach gets fired.

Joe is a mediocrity. Everyone knows it. May or may not cost us the title. But nobody here honestly thinks this guy is anything special.

If mediocrity is good enough for the Cs to win a championship then that's good enough.

And yeah, I don't think Joe is a great coach.

How about waiting till the playoffs to judge Joe instead of just venting out after a bad loss.

I'd say the day we had our fully healthy top 6 guys, that got their asses whooped by a lottery lineup for the Lakers, on our home floor, is time enough to start.

If you would pick Joe over Doc then that's good enough for a championship.

Why comment on anything until the playoffs? Why even have a message board in the regular season?

I'm pretty sure KP's ankle is still bothering him so I think "fully healthy top 6 guys" might be a reach..

Of course not. The coaches are never to blame when a team has no efficient offensive game plan against a lineup that couldn't stop a G league team from dropping 140. LAL are 19th in team defensive rating, which would probably drop to somewhere around league worst with their best defender out. But yah, that's never on a coach to come up with a game plan that would exploit that. Why even bring something as preposterous as that up?

It was fully necessary.

Some of us are tired of his unchecked microaggressions.
