13 Games down, 37 to go. Queta is definitely making his mark.
As a Two-Way, he's seemingly made his way into the Rotation.

If you go back to the threads about 2nd round picks for his draft year I wanted him to be taken with one of our 2nds, his college stats, he had 4.4 stocks (Blocks and Steals) per game which is a really big number, he has what it takes to be a good solid backup big if we develop him properly, its a bit hard to do without consistent minutes, that will be the challange, getting him PT and coaching him up. Kid has some good tools though.

I can see Queta becoming a regular part of the Rotation. I mean, he's playing now, and he's only a Two-Way.

What do we do with this Guy? -- He's too good to be in the G League.
And about 4th on the (Boston) Center Depth Chart; mostly because of Fouls.

What do the Celtics NEED to do with Queta?
Answer: Nothing

If the Celtics do nothing by the middle of March in terms of trade or buyout then they probably will sign Queta to a regular contract for big man depth and a better look at him next year. Until then, the Celtics need to do nothing concerning Queta.

Well, if they do nothing he's not eligible for the playoffs. And he may get a better offer elsewhere in July.

Two way players are restricted free agents as long as their team extended the qualifying offer. In Queta's case, the qualifying offer is so low (another partially guaranteed two way) that it's virtually a guarantee to be picked up. So it's unlikely he walks for free this summer regardless of whether he gets converted to a standard deal by then.

Restricted. Meaning that Celtics have the ability to match any higher bids.
Someone will just swoop in and off him something, that we can't pay.

We Have to offer him a Regular Contract, Before the Playoffs. Elsewise, he's gone in the Summer.

Is he really that high on other teams radar that a team is going to offer him a mid level or something? I like the idea of signing him this year so he can play in the playoffs.

Less than $2M is the Qualify Offer.
I think that some of the other Teams take a run at him?

Maybe, but with what…like 2/5 or 3/8 or something? If the Cs like him they would match something like that right?

Well they didn't this past offseason.

If some other team offers, say, $3M, the Celtics' tax cost will be $9M. Also, beginning in July the Celtics cannot aggregate salaries in trades, can't take back more salary than they send out, etc. etc. What they need to do is lock him up on on a Hauser-like deal, although Queta will likely cost more than Hauser.

Can't really see Queta get more than the minimum this summer. Rebuilding teams will probably go after higher upside guys and the contenders don't have cap space and aren't going to take out a chunk of their MLE to give him an offer sheet.
