This is true. All they need to do now is win the title. Nothing left to prove in the regular season.

Okc going from 30th to 17th to 1st in 3P% over three years is a pretty underrated storyline.

The way they completely blew their team up and went from bottom of the league to right near the top in 3 years is very impressive.

Since the all star break, there's only one team with an offensive rating over 120. The Boston Celtics at 127.8.

Joe gets most of the credit for that.

Current Celtics bench net rating of 5.8 is now tied for the best mark since it's been tracked (1996-97). Bulls 2012 and Spurs 2016 also listed at 5.8 net rating.

SBOBO Brad really needs to win Executive of the Year. Give us that much (besides the LOB trophy of course).

An important development for a team that can at times lack some rim pressure is Jaylen's recent adjustment of shot diet. In the last 20 games or so he's being much more deliberate about getting to the rim.

Jaylen before feb 1st, 32% of his shots came between 0-4 feet and he shot 67% on those.
Since feb 1st; 38% of his shots come at the rim and shooting 72% on those.

That's a stark difference and for all the people complaining about the reliance on the 3 point shot, with Jaylen and Kp in the lineup, theyre actually more middle of the pack in terms of rim frequency rather than one of the last teams. A lot of the "only shoot 3's" lineups come from bench heavy lineups which make sense as Pritchard and Hauser are the 2 bench guys that play and shoot the most.

The celtics should be a more balanced team in the playoffs when the starters play more minutes.

I’ve really been digging the mini Giannis/LeBron style overpowering dudes lately. He’s just getting where he wants, especially when he gets a mismatch. Which with Tatum drawing the most defensive attention is quite a bit of the time. Lately he’s even been doing it as the bench group leader without JT, albeit against weaker teams. But very encouraging.

So after the Bulls game, the Celtics (at least for a day or two) own the "highest true shooting %" (not relative to league average) in NBA history.

Apart from having the "best offensive rating" (not relative to league average) in NBA history.

He meant Cs will go 12-2 in the playoffs.
