It is frustrating to lose this way. My trust in this team and coach took a small hit
They are not destroying teams when they can. This mentality bug could hit in the playoff

Moreover, we didn't have a close game in a while and we fared miserably again. I don't have a lot of trust in the team in a close game

Here we go again. Hold the team accountable for once. You can criticize them. It’s not illegal or immoral to do so. You will still be called a fan.

Have fun

Who trusts this team in a close game 5 minutes left? The way they slowwwww the pace down, play panic, miss free throws, get zero stops defensively.

We haven't won squat yet, underperformed in last year's playoffs, don't play well under pressure, and have a coach who's not much of a game manager.

Maybe if Tatum put a **** hand up when that fast break 3 pointer came at the end he would have struggled a bit to make the shot... idk who that guy was but clearly Tatum should know he can shoot 3's pretty good. I mean wtf??? That's just ARROGANT WHEN YOU JUST FAILED AN ISO!!! **** THAT NONSENSE, THAT IS NOT CELTICS BASKETBALL.

Yall taking this one too serious. This quite literally meant nothing but I know everyone loves to take any opportunity to hit the panic button.

Yep the other key takeaway is this team is SOFT. Hawks got aggressive with the C's towards the end and it threw them off big time just like the Heat last year

That's why this happening right now is a reminder that the Cs still need to get better in late game execution.

Is calling timely timeouts and not running 100000 ISO's in a row a lot to ask for from a coach?

This is the same situation when last season the Cs had a reputation of living by the 3 and dying by the 3.

What I said was if Joe gets a quality big man and they still live and die by the 3 then that's on Joe.

But when the Cs got KP, the Cs became one of the top post up teams of the league.

The timely timeout will be known when the playoffs come.

If Joe still doesn't call timely timeouts in the playoffs then that's on Joe.

Last playoffs Joe called timeouts when the Cs needed it.

Let's see what happens this playoffs.

Totally agree.

We need to blow this team up and you and I have said it all season mate.

Can’t believe people saw the 20-3 in the last 23 games and didn’t think we were a first round exit.

 I don’t know what to tell you if you haven’t seen a trend since JT became the guy. This isn’t a new problem that started this season with these crunch time issues.

When was the last time you’ve seen JT hit a game winner or for the tie in the final minute?

That’s why I’m saying we need to rebuild, it’s obvious this team has a lot of issues and building the team around Brown is the only way forward.

Maybe we can get Hunter for Tatum?

We have a top 5 clutch record this season (20-10). We have had a couple of bad games but suggesting Boston is bad in the clutch this year is just not based in reality.

So I called you on your fake statement and now you move the goalpost?

We lost this game because:
1) We got the lead to 30 and quit playing Celtic basketball and expected to coast to a win
2) We stopped moving the ball and went back to iso play.
3) Mazzulla still doesn't have the balls to call a timeout and chew on some ass of the "stars".
4) We stopped rebounding and driving the rim like we did in the 1st quarter. Porzingis, Horford and Tatum on the court and Capela gets offensive boards like he was going up over Pritchard.

Another epic meltdown.

I’m actually glad they lost. Just shows this team ain’t ready. We are good at blowing out teams if the 3ball is going, but struggle at close games, all because we don’t have a go to move to finish other than an iso ball from the Jays. The nuggets have murray and jokic, who are both great shot makers, and equally as great playmakers. The Jays are not good playmakers. All the other guys are just standing out at the 3, and nobody is even trying to cut to the basket. We are better off giving the ball to Porzingis in the free throw line, and try to make a play. Plus enough of the Jays dribbling the ball to cross half court. Jaylen wasted so much time dribbling, and same as JT. This team is cocky as hell. Thinking they can just blow undermanned teams out. Serves them right. Better now than in the playoffs i guess lol.

I mean the timeouts are on Mazzulla 10000%. But is this dude just afraid of JT/JB? There's no way someone can be this incompetent at the end of games. I refuse to believe you can watch your team lay eggs like this 5+ times in a season and continue the same horrible strategy
