Give me a **** break. What cost us the game was the lack of pressure and giving away silly baskets the whole game. That's always whats happens to this team. They underestimate the other guys like they're the 97' Bulls and Tatum is Michael **** Jordan.

Where’s the stats guys saying the Celtics are good in the clutch and that Tatum is elite, Mazzulla is a good coach, etc etc. same ol ****. Bunch of front runners. When the game gets tight they play nothing like the team that had the big lead. They slow it down, piss dripping down their shorts, settle for ugly iso basketball, panic fouls on defense, scrambling defense, no rebounding. This is why everyone should have reserved expectations for this crew. This ain’t the dawgs of the Celtics big three back in the day

Today was a failure by the defense. And some luck by the Hawks.

If the probability of a final shot is .3, vs. probability of a 6 second play is .4, then

.3 > .4 x .7 [chance of the other team missing the final shot]

Of course I don't have the actual numbers but it's easily possible that scoring quickly and letting the other team have a possession is a really bad play.

We need to step up our defense and humble these guys

That's why I said saying that Cs should win it all this season is not accurate.

The late game issues is a concern.

I don't know if they will have enough time to get comfortable in the clutch with just 9 games left.

While the Cs are good enough to win now, their biggest chance of winning will be next season and reason for that is they get a year older.
