You're absolutely correct on that.

No arguments from me there.

But that's a problem about maturity, not ability.

That's why you saying he's a grown ass man is not accurate.

JT is still a kid!

Lol. Deuce is a kid. JT is a grown ass man. I thought the loss last year was motivation enough. JT even said he’s excited for the playoffs to start. I was hoping they wouldn’t slack off again. Lets see what he does game 3 and 4.

Yeah, Deuce is a kid, but JT is like 1 or 2 years older than Deuce when it comes to maturity.

I can't believe you believe what the Jays are saying.

They're just saying the right things because they are taught to say the right things.

Maybe when JT said he's excited for the playoffs, he meant excited to be spending more time with Deuce because there are more days off in the playoffs.

Well, if you guys closed your eyes, you missed the magic that Jayson Tatum performed in the 4th qtr. of that Game 6.

Maybe you forgot how JT was having an all time worst game ever that game. He was just lucky he hit a couple of 3’s late to help us win, but he was having a horrible game.

That's how the great ones do it.

They pretend to suck the whole game then go nuclear when it matters most.

He hit four threes in the last 5 minutes or whatever lol.

And I thought you said you didn’t care how he shot, as long as the team won? Like with Luka being 7-25 tonight.

The 1/12 from 3 is ROUGH, but 18-10-16 plus eventual game-winner for your 3rd playoff outing is not all bad.

Of course i don’t care we won. but fierce1 made it out like he was great that game and dominating. We wouldn’t be in that situation in the first place if stopped chucking and bricking 3’s non stop.

I’m fine with that as long as we win, and he eventually show up.

If JT and the Cs make it to the finals and face a team NOT the Mavs, all I can say is it's fun to watch Luka watching the finals in street clothes.

I see every team out there playing like their tails are on fire, even when they are hopelessly outmatched. Every team other than the Cs. Never seen a bigger bunch of frontrunners than this squad. When the going gets tough, they shrink consistently. Might have to make big changes if they fall short again

Last game just confirmed my worst fears. This team just doesn't have the mental makeup to win a chip. So I expect them to fail.

My gawd, this thread... Are we sure it's our players who are shrinking under pressure? Because I'm seeing a lot of shrinking here.

The mind-boggling criticism of Tatum reminds me of the exact same thing about Pierce 16-17 years ago. We old timers remember. Even with the cold hard numbers in front of them, people insist! Un-freaking-believable.

Enjoy the ride, guys and gals.

Suns and Lakers are cooked. So far, the younger teams are dominating their older opponents.

Edwards is just built different. Mid range game is smooth, and insane athleticism and ability to get to the basket.
