OT - New Orleans for Bachelor Party

Post#1 » by NySpartan4 » Mon May 14, 2012 2:21 pm

So bunch of guys and I are coming to NO for a bachelor party. Can you guys give some suggestions of things we should do, places we should go and how to make this weekend LEGENDARY?

Thanks in advance!

When is your trip? I'm pretty sure you guys will be hitting up Bourbon Street right? What kind of music do you guys like?

Yup we're def hitting up Bourbon Street. Heard there were some really awesome restaurants that we'll be going to. We listen to hip hop, techno but I think we'll be listening to Jazz there right? When in rome! I think we all do like Jazz...just not exposed to it much. But I'm looking forward to it.

Some places you might like that are downtown...

I've never been to it but I've seen long lines of people waiting to get into the Hookah Club on Decatur St (1 block down from the House of Blues). I believe on the weekends there's a hip hop DJ.

Republic New Orleans is at 828 S. Peters Street in the Warehouse District (close to the Convention Center).

Masquerade's is a club inside Harrah's Casino that you might also want to check out.

All of these places aren't far from each other and they aren't far from Bourbon Street.

Question, should i pack some beads? Do women flash all year for beads or just Mardi Gras?

 I think they only do that during Mardi Gras but you never know. If they're on Bourbon Street and they've had a few drinks, who know's what they'll do.
